Healthy Living for Young Girls
Our Lil' SistHers program empowers young girls to embrace who they are and encourages them to use a positive body image as motivation for healthy living. We focus on total wellbeing, combining exercise with education about nutrition, healthy body image and self esteem. During each session, we choose a charity and complete a community project. Lil' SistHers learn that giving to others enhances their lives, feeds their souls and improves their sense of self worth.

We had an opportunity to be on LIVE TV! The girls got up at the crack of dawn to experience the early morning broadcast with Marcy Jones and the Channel 2 News crew! We had so much fun!

TUESDAY, THURSDAY 6:30 TO 8:00 PM
Two 60-minute exercise sessions/week led by certified fitness specialists. Sessions include cardiovascular exercise, strength training, core and balance work, cycling, outdoor games and trail walks/runs.
TUESDAYS 8:00 TO 8:30 PM
One 30-minute wellness session/week led by a certified wellness coach and/or fitness specialist. Includes topics on healthy eating, the impact of media on a young girl's perception of beauty, the importance of physical activity, goal planning, eating disorders and topics brought forth by participants.
Cost: $280 for eight-week session (Includes 24 workouts and eight wellness sessions)
