"Look at the root cause of the issue and address that first," she says.
She will lead the group in a self-evaluation of multiple areas of life, and provide guidance on how to better examine nutrition and food choices. With her "keep it simple" approach, she will share tips and strategies to enable each person to prioritize their best next steps.
This workshop is open to the public. The cost is $10, with special pricing for Sisters Members.

We will present the CDC's recommendations for protection from UV radiation, symptoms of skin cancer, risk factors and screening tests that are available.
